We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Because our orders are fulfilled by the lens manufacturers with varied return policies, we are providing the return policies for each manufacturer.

If your vision is blurry with your contacts, please consult with your prescribing doctor first in order to find the source of the blur and appropriate course of action.

By law, we cannot change most parts of your prescription, including manufacturer, brand, power, maximum quantity, or other measurements.

Exceptions: store brands can be exchanged for their equivalents, and colored lenses can be changed to other color options within the same brand

If you experience continued discomfort with your lenses, please consult with your prescribing doctor first.

If a manufacturer requires you to return the lenses to the provider, please contact us for a return authorization.

If you cannot determine your manufacturer, check your boxes, order history, shopping cart, emails, eye care provider, or contact us.

If the prescription is incorrect, only a prescribing doctor can alter the prescription
